Il Parco della Giustizia di Bologna ridisegna lo spazio della sospensione temporale cristallizzato in forme biologiche e artefatti, nonché significati e memorie verdi, attraversando e insediando nuove terre nel campo di marte della STA.VE.CO. mediante dispositivi di rifondazione – il RING e l’edificio paesaggio - rela e traduce nuovi spazi e alleanze tra la tradizione classica della civitas dei diritti e il diritto al progetto contemporaneo. Il tempo della memoria si proietta nello spazio fisico generando le tracce insediative del nuovo RING e la metamorfosi del paesaggio, emerge potente la dicotomia tra fissità e dinamica, tra monumentalità preesistente e l’effimero vitreo cangiante del nuovo dispositivo-architettura.

The suspended line of time, a Ring in the landscape. The Park of Justice of Bologna redesigns the space of the time suspension crystallized in biological forms and artifacts, as well as green meanings and memories, crossing and establishing new lands in the field of Mars of STA.VE.CO. by means of refounding devices - the RING and the landscape building - rela and translates new spaces and alliances between the classic tradition of the civitas of rights and the right to contemporary design. The time of memory is projected into the physical space generating the traces of the new RING and the metamorphosis of the landscape, emerges powerful dichotomy between fixity and dynamics, between pre-existing monumentality and the ephemeral changing glass of the new device-architecture.
